Owner, Board Certified Art Therapist + Licensed Professional Counselor (she/her, they/them)

April is a heart-centered counselor and board-certified art therapist with a deep commitment to fostering exploration, self-discovery, and empowerment. April offers a multi-dimensional approach to treatment, integrating creative arts therapy, somatic processing, and traditional talk therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ advocacy.

Her practice is grounded in the principles of self-compassion, mindfulness, and spirituality, often working through a Jungian lens to explore personal metaphor and the unconscious. By emphasizing the vital connection between the mind and body, April draws upon the creative process as a powerful tool for grounding and transformation. She ensures that each client’s journey is supported by both clinical expertise and intuitive, heart-centered care. April meets you where you are with empathy and insight, providing a safe space to cultivate resilience and reclaim your innate creativity.
